We’d like to think of it as great proof of our aim to make sure that even if unsuccessful, which happens from time to time, every candidate takes away some benefit from the experience they had with us.
We work with a variety of clients in the recruitment, staffing and related human capital sectors. Clients range from the global players to the newer and fast growing entrepreneurial businesses. In a recent review of the Recruitment International top 250 report, we could trace past business or strong relationships with people in around 75% of the companies listed. Whenever we see a “Fast 50″ or “Hot 100” report, we usually find we have worked with around 20% of the latest rising stars in any year. Our goal is to be the obvious choice for any recruitment business looking to recruit for any role in their finance, business support or infrastructure functions.
Our candidates usually have past experience in the recruitment sector, and this experience is often valued by our clients as they will know the business and hit the ground running. Not all roles require past sector experience, but invariably they will still require people with the character and personality to flourish in a vibrant ‘people business.’ We have a good eye for those who will fit well in a recruitment environment.
